Opening of the exhibition “KALEIDOSCOPIC INDIA” – FIAC 2014
After a year of break, 68 Champs-Élysées opens its doors again and creates the event by offering an eighth exhibition dedicated to the avant-garde of contemporary art. Associated with the FIAC’s private course, this event is part of the long tradition of collaboration with artists that the Maison Guerlain initiated in 1828.
For this new opus, Caroline Messensee proposes through her selection to explore the multiple facets of India. A kaleidoscopic vision of a wonderful country, which attempts to reconcile the seemingly opposite terms of permanence and change, identity and difference. With Atul Dodiya, Jitish Kallat, Shilpa Gupta, Sudarshan Shetty, Bhuri Bai and many others.
Until November 14th.
