The AD Interiors 2015 exhibition opened its doors this weekend at the Palais d’Iéna. To celebrate its 15th anniversary, the design magazine Conde Nast asked 15 talents from interior architecture, scenography and design to develop prospective research on housing by questioning our lifestyles.
Transformation of family structures, generalization of work at home, constant increase in the time dedicated to leisure, permeability of the boundaries between spaces of social representation and private domain… so many changes that modify the very architecture of our living spaces. Result: A series of living rooms at the forefront of style, which will certainly find an echo in Parisian interiors much faster than we think.
From the joy lounge (cosmic!) imagined by Alexandre de Betak in the dining room of Dimore Studio, through the dressing-boudoir of Damien Langlois-Meunier or the kitchen-library of Patrick Norguet and the connected office of Oitoemponto, Auguste Perret’s masterpiece moves until September 20 in a gigantic Parisian apartment thought for tomorrow. A life-size manifesto of the arts of living and high decoration.
