Opening Claude Lévêque at Mazarine

On Wednesday, October 2, Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers and Kamel Mennour invited artist Claude Lévêque to Mazarine’s home.

A major figure on the contemporary art scene, exhibited in museums and galleries all over the world, Claude Lévêque proposed an unprecedented experience by investing for the first time with his works in situ the spaces of Mazarine, the fashion, luxury and culture agency.

For this exceptional opening conceived as an initiatory course, the numerous guests had the chance to wander freely in the 2 000 m2 loft of Mazarine and discover the dreamlike and poetic universe of Claude Lévêque.

The neon lights of this sensitive provocateur and their strange vibration in the middle of the rows of computers, which reminded us that we were well on a place of work, said in turn to the amused visitors “Shut up”, “Laugh”, “We are happy”.
A beautiful way for Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers to share with his friends and collaborators his passion for an art that opens new perspectives beyond conventional visions.

All in a very festive spirit, which mixed, in this private square two streets from the Etoile, New York food truck and truffle fries with the sound of DVNO and SoMe (Ed Banger) aka Manigance for a set oscillating between hip-hop, electro and 80’s pop hits.
