Babeth Djian celebrates Numéro’s 200th issue with Olivier Rousteing and Dita Von Teese
Natalia Vodianova, Gisele Bündchen, Naomi Campbell… These models have all covered the French magazine Numéro in now-iconic shoots. Babeth Djian, the magazine’s founder, and Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers, President and Head of Publication, celebrated the magazine’s twentieth anniversary with a group of contributors, friends and early supporters for the release of the 200th issue. Jean-Baptiste Mondino and Peter Lindbergh created the three covers for this Collector’s Edition, featuring supermodels Irina Shayk, Lexi Boling and Alexandra Micu. At RAN, a restaurant on Rue d’Anjou—which vibe is part Tokyo universe and part French gastronomy—Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers and Babeth Djian greeted their long list of friends, which included the good company of Delphine Arnault, Olivier Rousteing, Julie de Libran, Dita Von Teese, Claire Laffut and Kiddy Smile. Also present: Félix Maritaud, a new cinema star featured in the issue alongside Elle Fanning, Willow Smith and Camélia Jordana. It’s “a story about heart and about family,” Babeth Djian wrote in the editor’s letter of the issue, available on newsstands today.
