Moschino Unveils New Eyewear During Paris Haute Couture Week
To wrap up Paris Haute Couture Week in style and introduce their latest eyewear Spring-Summer collection, Moschino hosted an intimate lunch at its Paris headquarters, located at 43 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The garden was reimagined for the occasion as a whimsical Italian Trattoria, infused with Moschino’s signature playful flair. A single, beautifully set long table stretched through the garden, covered with a red-and-white checkered tablecloth and adorned with fresh vegetable centerpieces. Guests were invited to discover the brand’s latest collection manufactured by Safilo, showcased on the table among the dishes. The new models included an oversized acetate pilot-shaped frame, along with two bold metal designs, one with rectangular lenses, and the other with an oval shape.
The culinary experience matched the setting, with a custom menu crafted by chef Marco Assaggia. A saffron risotto topped with Moschino’s iconic Smiley motif stood out as the star dish, blending humor and haute cuisine. The event embodied Moschino’s signature mix of elegance, irony, and conviviality, and brought together an eclectic crowd of creatives and friends of the Maison, including Isabelle Chaput and Nelson Tiberghien, Mickael Carpin, Léa Julian, Catherine Baba, Cedric Haddad, Jonathan Hayden, Marie-Victoire de Bascher, Louise Ebel, Regina Anikiy, Chloé Lecareux, Jonathan Akamz, María Bernad, Sofia Achaval de Montaigu, Hanan Besovic, Nikita Vlassenko, and Sam Quealy.
