Maison Proust Highlights Colin Field’s Fabulous Cocktails
His cocktails have become part of the legend of the famous Hemingway Bar at the Ritz Paris. The past Saturday, we enjoyed Colin Field’s mastery of the art of mixology at Maison Proust, Hôtel & Spa La Mer, during an evening organised in partnership with Jonathan Hansen. Behind the heavy velvet curtains of the bar, we met Sondra Baker, founder of Mujen Spirits, a new generation of low-calorie, sugar-free and gluten-free spirits, and the ever-present Anya Firestone.
