A palace in the heart of Pigalle”, Maison Nabis opened its doors this week. This hotel, conceived as a creative setting where fantasy expresses itself from floor to ceiling, is the fruit of a staging signed Oscar Lucien through his house architecture and decoration House Number 20. Maison Nabis is close to the haute hôtellerie, so it is called a “palace de poche”. Why that name? This is a tribute to the young painters of this post-impressionist avant-garde movement. They had the art of integrating furniture into their works, just like the screens they used as canvases. With its custom-made furniture, trimmings and gold leaf decor, Maison Nabis brings the salon culture up to date in the purest Parisian refinement. The inauguration evening, orchestrated by the Modern Agency and placed under the sign of the 20s, allowed the guests to discover the thirty rooms of the hotel with particular atmospheres. Mother-of-pearl, yellow opal, black diamond… your choice.
