To celebrate the launch of the series in HD on Sundance Channel, the Mad Men series team invited a privileged few to a very private screening at the Royal Monceau yesterday. A cocktail dinner followed, under the inescapable chandelier forest made in Starck, with Christina hendricks and John Slattery. Chic.
