For fifteen years now, foreign correspondents in Paris have been rewarding French cinema each year with the Louis Lumière Prize. The ceremony, more and more popular, gathered hundreds of guests at the Town Hall for the awards ceremony of the jury presided by Régis Wargnier. To name but a few, Philippe Lioret’s Welcome received the award for best film, Jacques Audiard’s Un Prophète for best director and best actor for Tahar Rahim and our two handsome youngsters were crowned best male prospects.
