Liaigre Unveils New Bookshelf in Collaboration with Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost and Dominique Perrault

Paris

In 2018, Liaigre opened a new address on Paris’ Right Bank, a living space mixing Liaigre furniture, lighting and accessories with contemporary artworks. In the heart of this unique place on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the house unveiled a new bookshelf created in collaboration with designer Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost and interior architect Dominique Perrault. For over 30 years, the two companions have been as inseparable as they are renowned, completing numerous large-scale projects, the most famous of which is the Bibliothèque nationale de France building. To carry on this literary streak, they designed an impressive bookshelf with sturdy lines and an ebony finish. Among the two houses’ friends and other guests, we met John Nollet, Athanasios Megarisiotis, Marianna Rudyk, Sofia Silvanas, Emmanuel Berard, Nicolas Dorval-Bory, Naomi Scott Dune, Thais Roda et Elodie Pallet Barrault.
