Ronan Bouroullec’s Drawings Exhibited at Hotel des Arts TPM in Toulon
Ronan Bouroullec is best known for having worked hand in hand, and very successfully, as a designer with his brother. But to limit his work to design would mean missing out on his secret passion for drawing. An artistic practice that he is keen to keep separate from the profession that has made him internationally famous. Presenting 300 works at the Hôtel des Arts TPM in Toulon, the exhibition “Dessins quotidiens” reveals only a fraction of Bouroullec’s immense work. A tiny part compared to the thousands of drawings he has kept, but rich enough to shed light on this very intimate facet of his personality. The exhibition is also an opportunity to discover other secret parts of his work, such as the ceramics, which will be exhibited at the Galerie du Canon (Toulon) during the next edition of the Design Parade.
