This week Leonard Paris celebrated a new milestone in their history: the 60th anniversary of the brand. Founded in 1958 by Daniel Tribouillard, the house has become an icon for their choice of fabrics and floral prints that have become emblematic. Born in France, Leonard Paris is a resounding success in Japan, and can count on the contemporary vision of Christine Phung, its artistic director since 2016. On the occasion of this 60th anniversary, Daniel Tribouillard passed the torch to his daughter Nathalie during an evening in the label’s 16th arrondissement’s townhouse. The brand’s guests, from journalists to fashion personalities such as designer Maxime Simoëns, Lorena Vergani or Pascal Morand, President of the Chambre Syndicale de la Mode et de la Haute Couture, discovered the anniversary collection designed by Christine Phung in an outdoor scenography. The highlight of the evening was the arrival of the giant cake designed by Pierre Hermé.
