L’Artisan Parfumeur Celebrates the Subtle Scent of Peaches

It was in the workshop of the sublime Manufactory of Sèvres that L’Artisan Parfumeur gathered friends and journalists to celebrate the subtle scent of peaches. The creation of this new Eau de Parfum represented quite a challenge, as this fruit cannot get its essential oil extracted, but Master Perfumer Antoine Maisondieu rose to the task and succeeded in crafting an immaculate new fragrance for La Collection. These are his secrets: the fruity core of the peach is evoked through notes of rose and jasmine, to which calone adds a touch of salty freshness. And we feel the velvety peach skin through the very attractive touch of patchouli. The Tonka bean, with its hints of bitter almond, is reminiscent of the peach pit that lingers in the mouth when you’ve bitten into the whole fruit, and leaves us just with that same exquisite sensation. Over a perfectly orchestrated dinner, we met Vincent Darré, Yazbukey, Adriana Abascal, Mathilde Favier, Alexandra Golovanoff and Elizabeth de Feydeau.
