After a tropical season in the colours of Brazil, the Bon Marché is changing course by honouring the country of the rising sun and its millenary culture. During the coming months, the various areas of the department store will vibrate under the leadership of great Japanese signatures and animations of all kinds.
On the beauty side, meet Massato, Sensai but also UKA, to live Japan to the tip of your nails. As you stroll through the floors, you will pass by the Manga Café, the Ogata tea bar and can have lunch at the table of Taku Sekine, Chef invited by the Grande Epicerie. On the fashion side, it’s definitely the event with the capsule collection of SACAI and its creator Chitose Abe that never stops exciting the fashion planet.
Many other japoneries will punctuate the elegant life of Le Bon Marché throughout the coming weeks, between cooking classes, signatures and workshops for children, but in the meantime, place at the inaugural celebration which saw creators, artists, actors, as well as the Parisian friendly of Kawaï culture. Japan Left Bank is now and until October 18, at 24 Rue de Sèvres.
