The 23th Prix de la Fondation Pernod Ricard is Awarded to Elsa Werth
Every year since 1999, the Pernod Ricard Foundation has awarded its annual prize to an artist from the French contemporary art scene. The Pernod Ricard Foundation Prize consists of the purchase of a work of art, which is then donated to the Musée national d’art moderne – Centre Pompidou.
Since 2014, the prize has also allowed the sponsorship of an international project. This year, the jury, composed of previous winners, art curators and collectors, decided to concede the work of Elsa Werth.
At the invitation of the curator Clément Dirié, the work of the 6 artists (+1) was exhibited during a group show called “Horizones”, organized within the Foundation.
