Launch cocktail of the NANCY GONZALEZ X KAWS collection
Art and fashion became one last night, on the first floor of colette, for the launch of the collaboration between Nancy Gonzalez and the artist KAWS.
The designer of accessories, famous for her original interpretation of precious skins and her daring combinations, invited KAWS to imagine a capsule collection of crocodile bags. So we find, not surprisingly but with joy, the XX motifs dear to the artist, which create a three-dimensional effect on each bag. For this project, each combination of colours has been chosen from the designer’s leather library and thus form surprising mixes, such as the intense red associated with anthracite or the dove grey with cobalt blue. Impossible to contemplate the result without smiling.
