Paris Fashion Week: A night at Lancel with Marie Flore
After a day of running around the city from one fashion show to the next, every Parisian likes to find a moment to indulge in a few moments of relaxation. These moments are often the evenings that electrify the capital once the sun goes down. And if there’s one night of fun that every self-respecting Parisian should definitely not miss, it’s the celebration thrown by Lancel in its large boutique on the Place de l’Opéra. Simple but elegant, the invitation gave friends, journalists and personalities the opportunity to discover the brand’s autumn-winter 2020 collection in an intimate setting. Founded in 1876, this Parisian brand par excellence, gave a nod to its long history by exhibiting some of its most beautiful vintage models alongside its new collection. A billboard bearing the slogan “Lancel is a brand, its prices are incomparable” recalls the democratic roots of the brand, which remains the a favorite among today’s modern woman, “cool girls” like Joanne Palmaro, Maëva Giani Marshall, Victoria Gasperi and Camille Gorin, and famous faces including French pop star Jennifer and former Miss France Maëva Coucke.
