Lafayette Anticipations Transforms Itself Into a Funfair with “Gold Rush”

It’s the undisputed theme of this Parisian summer. In the run-up to the 2024 Olympics, sport has permeated every layer of the French capital. This trend has also taken over Lafayette Anticipations, which is transforming itself into a funfair through the “Gold Rush” project. This unprecedented initiative, which results from the alliance between Lafayette Anticipations, Ateliers Médicis and ebb.global, a decentralised creative studio, offers visitors the opportunity to rediscover the concept of play by immersing themselves in a unique environment that explores the links between sport and technology. Aiming at making youth part of the conversation and offering them a space to voice out their vision, the design of the park was done in collaboration with students at Alfred Nobel secondary school (Clichy-Sous-Bois), and will be running until September 1st.

A the inauguration, we crossed paths with Julien Creuzet, Paula Aisemberg, Pol Taburet, Guillaume Houzé, Denise Vilgrain, Neïl Beloufa, and Rebecca Lamarche-Vadel.
