La Maison du Chocolat has Paris Melting

Salons Hoche, Paris

On December 4th, guests melted with pleasure during La Maison du Chocolat’s Christmas party. The Maison presented its end-of-year collection called “Paris Eternel,” and showcased exceptional creations designed by Nicolas Cloiseau, the brand’s creative director. Two centerpieces stole the show: a towering green chocolate pine tree and a signature Yule log inspired by Parisian architecture.

A limited-edition work of art inspired by the Place de la Concorde, the pine tree is a finely crafted masterpiece, carefully illuminated with 10,000 holes, topped with a moving tassel and a hint of 24-carat gold leaf. This majestic creation captivated the audience.

Regarding Christmas desserts, the Garnier buche pays tribute to the dome of the Opéra Garnier. Its mouth-watering recipe blends chocolate, mandarin, and nougat for a flavorful and addictive combination.

Last but not least, no one remained indifferent to the Triomphe Calendar, inspired by the Place de l’Étoile and its twelve avenues. The collection also featured the stunning Haussmann box sets, decorated by illustrators Alex & Marine, who were present for the occasion. Never before has Paris been portrayed in such a delectable way.

During the evening, we met Ninon Rambaud and Nathalie Oliver, Les Distingués, Anne-Charlotte de Pontabry, Loup, Willy Cartier, Mikaël Petrossian, chefs Nicolas Cloiseau and Abdou Dramé, among others.
