Kilian Paris Presents Angels’ Share on the Rocks, Inspired by the Maison’s Heritage
On the first day of Paris Fashion Week, Kilian Paris took over the Plaza Athénée for a special evening. An iconic collection that pays tribute to the olfactory memory of Kilian Hennessy, the founder of the Maison, Angels’ Share celebrates the arrival of a new fragrance: Angels’ Share on the Rocks.
Inspired by the “angels’ share”, the volume of alcohol that evaporates during ageing in a barrel, the fragrance is based on cognac essence, Tonka bean absolute, and the signature blend “On the Rocks”, with its refreshing citrus notes. Like a refined cocktail made by mixologists, the fragrance seeks to give the sensation of a cognac served on ice. This goal translates into the shape of the bottle, which looks almost like a glass of liqueur with its frosted effect, and in the colour of the perfume, a delicate amber brown.
For the occasion, Kilian Paris transformed the Plaza Athénée into an impressive, chilling universe. Guests could enjoy giant installations made of ice, an unforgettable photocall, live ice sculpture, and dance to the rhythm of DJ sets by Omiz and Mad Bad Ting.
