Kenzo Gets His Claws Out at Maxim’s
Last Friday, at Maxim’s, one of the most coveted art nouveau Parisian restaurants, Kenzo unleashed the claws of its signature tiger. Whether it was through patterns bearing the feline’s stripes, plain oversized suits, mini shorts over platform shoes, baggy jeans and glittering nameplate belts in a very asserted Y2K style, straw bowling bags studded with patterns, beautiful long coats or the Empire-inspired military jackets, the collection of the Maison led by NIGO was simply prolific. Among the guests in the front rows were Jules Koundé, Mia Khalifa, Pom Klementieff and Kelly Rutherford, to name but a few.
