Karolina Kurkova celebrates with Perrier-Jouët the reopening of the Maison Belle Époque

It is an architectural jewel on the outskirts of Reims. The Maison Belle Epoque, owned by Perrier-Jouët for generations, finally reopened its doors on July 5. The building, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the witness of two hundred years of Perrier-Jouët’s heritage, a family home that embodies its philosophy linked to Champagne and a French way of life. César and Corine Giron thus invited friends, journalists and a handful of celebrities, including Karolina Kurkova, to discover the fruit of two years of renovation around experiments between salons and gardens – which house the largest private collection of French Art Nouveau in Europe. Under a glass pavilion installed outside, the chef Akrame Benallal proposed audacious dishes at his table (one will quote the lobster hotdog) in perfect alliance with the Perrier-Jouët cuvées. The house, whose bottles are decorated with emblematic white anemones signed Émile Gallé, once again demonstrated its know-how during this exceptional evening combining art and nature, and which ended at sunset with a DJ set from the duo Polo & Pan.
