Jean-Baptiste Mondino and Numéro celebrate 20 collaborative years at Studio des Acacias
The Studio des Acacias is currently showcasing an exhibition dedicated to the director and photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino. The exhibition of 100 carefully-arranged images (running until July 20th) celebrates two decades of collaboration between Mondino and Numéro magazine, a publication for which he has created many emblematic images. These include a portrait of Karl Lagerfeld with an electric guitar, Björk and a polar bear and, more recently, Virgil Abloh as the cover star of Numéro Homme. Mondino is also known for having done music videos for Madonna, Prince and Vanessa Paradis. Combining fashion and art, the opening brought out Babeth Djian and Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers, Alber Elbaz, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, Virginie Ledoyen, Blanca Li and gallerists Emmanuel Perrotin and Kamel Mennour.
