Inauguration of the Do Disturb 2016 Festival

After the success of its first edition in April 2015, the DO DISTURB festival was held at the Palais de Tokyo last weekend.

On the programme of this insomniac edition: more than 50 experimental proposals at the crossroads of circus arts, performance, magic, dance, design, fashion and sound; new creations, new pieces in France as well as performances revisited for the occasion.

Alongside leading artists as well as young emerging talents on the international scene never before shown in France, the very young creation responded present within the framework of new collaborations established with French and foreign schools of art, circus, design and fashion.

the inaugural evening, last Friday evening, continued until undue hours, ignited by the Berlin collective Janus and Peaches. A transgender night that squatted all the spaces of the Palais de Tokyo and reminds us that the Parisian institution is above all young, contemporary and non-conformist.
