Inauguration of Matsuhisa Paris restaurant

Last night, big night at the very delicate Royal Monceau. The Hoche Avenue Palace (which the old ones will remember from the unforgettable demolition party) has just inaugurated its Peruvo-Japanese restaurant.

At the helm of this new hotspot of chic cuisine, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa opened his very first Parisian address under this name. As for the evening, it made the drums of the Land of the Rising Sun whirr during the traditional Sake ceremony before The Avener, without transition, took over the ceremonial soundtrack. Inès de la Fressange, Jérémie Elkaïm, Jac and Christophe Michalak were present.
