Last night, Iñaki Aizpitarte (Le Chateaubriand), Bertrand Grébaut (Septime) and Delphine Zampetti (CheZaline) – the three star chefs of the new generation selected by the editors of the Fooding guide – kicked off the Christmas of Chefs at the BHV MARAIS.
After unveiling the windows of the rue de Rivoli and the rue des Archives, the Bazaar perched on its panoramic terrace, which for a winter invades the 7th floor of the store. An ephemeral restaurant with breathtaking views, nestled in a transparent bubble to enjoy the City Hall and the rooftops of the city.
Among the privileged few present at the inauguration: Vanessa Bruno, Marie Beltrami, Simon Liberati, Betony Vernon, Paquita Paquin, Franck Elbaz, Benjamin Pech and Cécile Togni tasted the first starry dinner, concocted by chef Fabien Vie.
