In Paris, Ellery invents the fashion show of the future

Australian designer, Kym Ellery very quickly conquered Paris with her eponymous brand, integrating at record speed the official ranks of the Haute Couture and Fashion Federation. Today, Ellery is one of the most awaited designer houses during the Paris fashion week, and this season Kym Ellery had concocted a presentation as close as possible to what fashion wants – and will – become. If there was a parade, it was in front of an absent audience. The designer chose to break with the historical format of the fashion show and show her silhouettes through a film shot over two days in a secret studio. The experience is digital is total. While presenting her film and creations at a cocktail party in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, Kym Ellery goes further with the launch of a micro-site (http://www.elleryfuture.com) entirely dedicated to his spring/summer 2018 collection, a sort of manifesto for a multi-sensory experience of his fashion. A vision that has already conquered Lou Doillon and Ken Downing, emblematic Fashion Director at Neiman Marcus.
