Hennessy VS and Xavier Pincemin to inaugurate (F)EAT
With (F)EAT, located 43 rue fu Faubourg Montmartre in Paris, Hennessy is once again revealing the full potential of its very famous spirit. Headed by chef Xavier Pincemin (yes, the 2016 winner of the French TV competition Top Chef), (F)EAT is a place where many talents meet: the food is somewhere between gastronomy and street food, and Yonni André Bella Ola puts a new light on the iconic spirit by inventing a new series of cognac-based cocktails.
As for the opening night, it will most certainly be remembered as rappeur La Fève threw an exclusive showcase for a privileged assembly of influenceurs.
