Hennessy Opens STR.EAT in Pigalle with Stéphane Ashpool
Following the success of the (F)eat pop-up restaurant, Hennessy is opening a new venue to celebrate the launch of its latest limited edition collection, Hennessy Very Special by Stéphane Ashpool. This new concept store is full of surprises as it offers both a street food menu designed by the chefs of the Echo restaurant, a California-inspired Parisian canteen, and an original cocktail menu by Adama Ballo, Brand Ambassador for the House. Needless to say, visitors will also be able to taste “Le Caméléon”, the signature cocktail made with this limited edition liquor, an aromatic and floral revisit of a mojito, whose colours change over time. During the opening evening, we met Sofiane Pamart, Jeune Pouce, Josman, Lorena Rae, Zoey Housselbank, Jozii and many others who came together to discover this new ephemeral boutique alongside Stéphane Ashpool and Laurent Boillot, President of Hennessy.
