Garatti Highlights Italian Craftsmanship with its Precious Green Diamonds
An experienced gemologist, Milena Bernocco Garatti founded Maison Garatti in 2018 with a clear objective: to offer outstanding women the most refined jewellery. Naturally, this pursuit of excellence finds its expression in an exceptional stone: the green diamond. As rare as it is fascinating, this geological treasure owes its unique hue to exposure to radioactive minerals or fluids during its formation, a phenomenon observed in fewer than 0.1% of all extracted diamonds. With nearly 60% of the world’s known green diamonds in its possession, Garatti has become its unrivalled ambassador, enhancing these exceptional stones in its Milanese workshops through the expertise of Italy’s finest craftsmen.
Spotted on red carpets around the world, Garatti’s designs are now gracing Paris during Haute Couture Week. On Thursday, January 29, Milena Bernocco Garatti hosted a private dinner celebrating her latest creations at the Hôtel d’Évreux, a heritage-listed venue in the heart of Place Vendôme, Paris’s temple of jewellery.
