GANT Takes Over La Civette by Merci to Unveil an Exclusive Capsule Collection
For those who aren’t familiar with it, La Civette is a concept launched by Merci in 2019 that has become the hotspot for the best collaborations in town. To open the Autumn season, the iconic preppy-style brand GANT has taken over the space to imbue it with its signature style. Founded in 1949 on the east coast of the United States, GANT has teamed up with Merci Paris and will be occupying its pop-up space for the coming 5 weeks. The Parisian pop-up has been wrapped in GANT’s emblematic colours and exhibits the brand’s East Coast University wardrobe, which features Oxford shirts, club blazers and flocked sweatshirts.
Such an exclusive collaboration calls for exclusive pieces; topping off this eclectic selection, we find a full capsule collection, featuring remarkable pieces like the iconic GANT varsity jacket. Visitors will also be able to discover the Relove Shirt Shop, which offers a selection of vintage shirts from the brand’s archives curated by Creative Director Christopher Bastin.

The launch evening took place on Thursday 7 and featured a DJ set by the talented Piu Piu. We caught a glimpse of Jonathan Hayden, Yanis Serdout, Paul Samb, Rachelle Cunningham, Alice Pilate and Maïna Suarez.
