Nathalie Obadia celebrates ten years of her Brussels gallery

At the Art Brussels contemporary art fair—which opened its 37th edition on April 25th—Nathalie Obadia brought together friends and art world specialists to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her Brussels space with a cocktail and dinner. For this symbolic milestone, the gallery unveiled a group exhibition, “10 years,” featuring works by Rina Banerjee, Carole Benzaken, Josep Grau-Garriga, Fabrice Hyber, Sarkis and Agnès Varda. Simultaneously, Nathalie Obadia published “Géopolitique de l’art contemporain” by Éditions Le Cavalier Bleu, an analysis on the evolving links between art and geopolitics. Between Paris and Brussels, Nathalie Obadia represents some 50 international artists, including Wang Keping, Valerie Belin and Laure Prouvost—the latter will represent France at the 58th Venice Biennale in just a few days.
