Galerie Kraemer Hosts the Launch of the New Book in Assouline’s Style Series
18th Century Style is the name of the latest book of Assouline’s style series, curated by Sophie Motsch and Emmanuel Sarméo. The duo, formed by the curator of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the specialist in 18th-century artistic objects, celebrated the launch of their new publication with a book signing held at the sumptuous Galerie Kraemer.
Thanks to the new moral ideals brought by the Enlightenment and the frantic artistic movement, the 18th century was a dynamic period with a major impact on stylistic codes, still influencing contemporary creation. With 18th Century Style, Assouline’s Style series pays yet another tribute to its everlasting impact.
In attendance, alongside Sophie Motsch and Emmanuel Sarméo, were Alain Kraemer, Martine et Prosper Assouline, Sandra Kraemer-Ifrah, Laurent Kraemer, Nadine Morano, Olivier Kraemer, Mikael Kraemer, and many more.
