Paris Fashion Week: Crystal Murray takes the stage for Free Lance
Free Lance’s origins date back to 1947 when shoemaker Jean-Baptiste Rautureau created his own shop. Revamped in the 1980s, the brand has been around for several generations. Today, the brand known for its craftsmanship, creativity and French manufacturing continues to draw on its heritage to offer models inspired by the modern woman. 2021 marks a new chapter: the appointment of Alfredo Piferi as artistic director. To present his second collection with the brand, the designer invited a cool crowd to dive into the colorful world of the 80s, a nod to the beginnings of the brand. For the occasion, his Parisian presentation honored the Free Lance emblem: the red rose. In this scenography made with paper roses by Studio Marianne Guély, Crystal Murray embodied modern femininity with a private showcase. The French singer performed in front of notable guests such as Coco Rocha, Lukas Ionesco, Thaïs Klapisch or Lola Le Lann.
