For its 10th anniversary, the Foodstock festival treats the ears and taste buds
To celebrate the 10th edition of the Foodstock festival, this week the Fooding organised a delicious sound vigil. A dance tasting organized at the Garage, located on the very popular Quai d’Austerlitz, and which orchestrated the meeting between sharp musicians and Parisian chefs. From Edouard Delling-Williams’ Tofu General Tao to chef Frédérick Boucher’s Chili con carne, all accompanied by original cocktails created by Michaël Mas, the atmosphere was one of culinary discovery – a sort of Woodstock of gastronomy. The evening was punctuated by a series of live lick each other’s lips: Isaac Delusion, the trendy duo Papooz and the young singer Cléa Vincent all followed each other on stage to make the plates vibrate until dusk.
