Foodstock 2013 Vigil
Whether it is windy or rainy, the kitchens of the Fooding are always ready to simmer the most surprising dishes by honouring the great Parisian gurus of “terroir” cuisine. King of the stove but not that, the Fooding Bureau is always accompanied by a musical procession at the height of the plates.
For the soundtrack of this great Foodstock vigil nestled on the roof of the Cité de la Mode et du Design: Keziah Jones, Naive New Beaters, Théodore, Paul & Gabriel, Joséphine, and Winston McAnuff & Fixi.
On the table side, we met Mickael Greenwold and Simone Tondo from Roseval, Delphine Zampetti from CheZaline, and tasted the suckling pig on the spit proposed by Christophe Dru from the Boucherie des Provinces. A delight.
