Five years of Sunday Night Live: Laure Guilbault Hosts a Celebration at the Art Deco Gem Prunier

Restaurant Prunier, Paris

Laure Guilbault hosted an intimate dinner at the Prunier restaurant to celebrate her Sunday Night Live’s fifth anniversary. She brought together guests who have appeared on the weekly show, including Francis Kurkdjian, perfume creation director at Parfums Christian Dior and founder of his namesake fragrance house; Pascal Morand, executive president of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode; Sarah Andelman, founder of Just an Idea and cofounder of Colette; music composer and conductor Thomas Roussel; image consultant and presenter Cristina Cordula; fashion designers Alexis Mabille and Vanessa Seward; Olivier Gabet, director of the decorative arts department at the Louvre museum; PR and branding wiz Benjamin Cercio; architect Anne-Cécile Comar, and many others.

“It feels like being aboard the Orient Express,” noticed music composer and conductor Thomas Roussel upon discovering Prunier’s Izba salon. Benjamin Patou and Antoine Arnault have taken over this Parisian institution, which is listed as a historic monument. They have restored all its charm to the establishment, which notably belonged to Pierre Bergé in the 2000s, before reopening it in September.

It was during the second lockdown—when the Sunday night blues kicked in as you woke up—that Sunday Night Live was born. A dose of fashion and good vibes were in order. After five years of live talks every Sunday at 6 p.m. on Instagram Live, Sunday Night Live has become a podcast, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
