The Grand Powers Hotel Celebrates the 5th Anniversary of its Major Renewal

Hôtel Grand Powers, Paris

This year, the 5-star Grand Powers Hotel is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its impressive transformation. Located in the “Triangle d’Or”—an emblematic area in Paris known as the epicentre of French luxury—the hotel was a popular choice during the Roaring Twenties, attracting foreigners with a love for Haussmannian style looking for a Parisian getaway. In 2019, owners Alexandra Marang and Julie Marang embarked on a major renovation of the establishment, with the help of architects Vincent Bastie and Arnaud Behzadi and interior designer Cathy Crinon. The renewal was complete: fifty rooms and suites spread over six floors, and the Haussmann style now blends with Art Deco highlights and distinguished decor.

Five years later, the Grand Powers Hotel is celebrating this amazing makeover with an event packed with surprises. Guests were treated to a DJ set by Gianni Vincenzo, a photo booth in the heart of the restaurant area, a tarot session and drawings by illustrator Loren Sarda. As for the catering, collagen beauty drinks from Holidermie were served alongside refined hot dogs and sweet cotton candy. At this delicious cocktail party, we met Alexandra and Julie Marang, Pierre Frey and Mélanie Huynh, among others.
