La Fidélité resets the table
With perfect timing, the brasserie La Fidélité reopened its doors this week at 12 rue de la fidélité. Taken up by L’Entrée des Artistes Pigalle (another establishment well known by lovers of good food), the “new” Fidélité nevertheless remains in its juice: a purely Parisian atmosphere under glass candlesticks. With a cocktail dinner that brought together friends and regulars, we rediscover the desire to meet and share. Sharing a good terrine like Louise Chen, or the experience of seeing her dessert served in front of you at the table. Sharing also new moments, in the kitchen, where chef Frédéric Vilgicquel revealed his secrets. All in a jazzy atmosphere where one will not have missed to notice the delicate floral arrangements signed Maison Debeaulieu… #LaFideliteBrasserie
