On the occasion of FIAC 2015, today’s art invites itself to Beaugrenelle Paris.
For this very first event, the centre is hosting until 14 November a collection of contemporary works of art from important private French collections. Designed and produced by Constance Breton in collaboration with exhibition curator David Rosenberg, a tour of twelve works of art and major installations allows visitors to discover the work of internationally renowned contemporary artists including Loris Gréaud, Kaws, Wang Du, Shen Yuan, and many others.
A true dialogue between the Asian and Western artistic scenes, the project was conceived to boldly play on the specificities of Beaugrenelle’s architecture and foster strong interactivity with visitors. An astonishing project whose aim is to widen access to contemporary art and make it accessible to the greatest number through an open approach, based on the desire to share.
Called”Think Big”, the event exhibition gives pride of place to the monumental in a setting that is just as much so.
