ERL Brings its Take on Los Angeles to Pitti Uomo
Eli Russel Linnetz, founder of the ERL label, takes over the Palazzo Corsini in Florence to present his latest fashion show. As announced on the invitation card, “California Couture Made in Italy”, the collection blends references to Hollywood cinema and Californian surf style with sci-fi motifs and a touch of the Renaissance. The guest designer of Pitti Uomo 104 presented a Spring-Summer 2024 collection that has astonished Italy with its unprecedented chic, cool, futuristic yet couture proposal. Standing between imagination and creation, real and fiction, Eli Russel’s closet constructs an attractive narrative for spectators to join in as active participants. It invites us to play a game, one driven by the maxim “let’s do this”, a game about believing in our dreams, wholeheartedly. For his Italian debut, Eli surrounded himself with friends and celebrities like Declan Chan, Antonio Spinelli, Reese Castile, Salim Bakar and Myles Turner.
