ELLE hosts a rather unusual cocktail party at the Venice Film Festival
ELLE has made it a point of honor to attend each edition of the Venice Film Festival. The 79th edition was no exception, rather the media went from attending the event to actually participating. Every day, reports on the Mostra were made through a dedicated ELLE review mini-magazine distributed at the festival. Live interviews of celebrities including host Rocio Morales Munoz, Roberto Ciccuto, Alberto Barbera, Patricia Clarkson and Trace Lysette were held in the Tropicana Restaurant at the Excelsior Hotel, the very same hotel where ELLE threw an exclusive cocktail party on September 6. The night staged an unprecedented type of interview between journalist Piera Detassis, pianist Stefano Bollani and actress Cenni, where Detassis would ask a question and Bollani would respond by playing the piano. It was a very special show attended by guests Marina Di Guardo, Barbara Digiglio, Lavinia Farnese, Giacomo Moletto, Luca Vetrone, Aida Yespica and Francesca Pedrini and a unique occasion to celebrate cinema, glamour and entertainment over a coupe of Moët et Chandon.
