Design Circle Evening 20/21

Last Wednesday evening, the gardens of the Nissim Museum in Camondo hosted the evening organized in honour of the Cercle Design 20/21 des Arts Décoratifs.

Created in 2011, the Design 20/21 Circle brings together design and decorative arts enthusiasts around a common objective: to develop the contemporary collections of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and share experiences through meetings of creators, visits to workshops and galleries, exchanges between collectors, previews of exhibitions, while participating as closely as possible in the life of the museum and its actors. Donations collected in this context are entirely devoted to the acquisition of works of contemporary design. Thanks to this initiative, several works by major designers such as Joris Laarman, Benjamin Graindorge, Ettore Sottsass, David Bielander, Kristin McKirdy and Martin Baas have joined the museum’s collections.
