Moët & Chandon Presents its New Cuvée, “Collection Impériale Création N°1”, from the Majestic Hôtel de Bouriennes
To mark its 280th anniversary, Moët & Chandon is presenting an exceptional new cuvée: Collection Impériale Création No. 1. In an artistic tribute to the Maison’s heritage, American artist Daniel Ashram has created a unique artwork along with 70 limited collector’s editions.
To celebrate this anniversary, Moët & Chandon hosted a dinner for thirty guests at the Hôtel de Bouriennes, the last remaining Directoire-era mansion nestled in the heart of Paris, listed as a historic monument since 1927. Guests were treated to the culinary creations of chef Yannick Alléno, who was in charge of the night’s menu, as well as an expert insight by cellar master Benoît Gouez, who revealed all the subtleties of this complex champagne, a brut nature embodying the notion of “Haute Œnologie”. We also caught a glimpse of Isabelle Adjani, François Civil, Pierre De Maere, Camille Razat, Didi Stone, Andreas Giesen and Matthieu Forget.
