Coperni’s Fall-Winter 23/24, A Dance Between Fashion and Technology
It was perhaps not a mere coincidence that Coperni chose the Théâtre National de la Danse for the unveiling of its new fall-winter 23/24 collection, as the Parisian brand delivered a riveting dance between fashion and technology. The founding duo of Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant teamed up with the American company Boston Dynamics to deliver a reinterpretation of Jean de la Fontaine’s fable Le Loup et l’Agneau, where models played the lambs and dog robots the wolves. This was thus no typical show, but rather a performance, a sort of happening, a moment of suspense in which we felt like conventions were about to be transcended. A fusion of art, technology and fashion, an immersive experience that left us spellbound and wondering which boundary Coperni will cross next.
