Christian Berst Art Brut Opens the Autumn Season with “Body Language”
The Autumn season has officially started. To welcome the new term, christian berst art brut hosted a festive cocktail at their exhibition space on Wednesday 6. The prestigious gallery, internationally renowned for being a leading exponent of “art brut”, enters the semester with an assertive exhibition devoted to the work of Luboš Plný, which guests were able to preview during the evening. Entitled ‘Body Language’, the exhibition offers an unprecedented insight into the work of the Czech artist. In the main exhibition space, we find drawings and photographs. At “The Bridge”, Luboš Plný has conceived a site-specific installation composed of several of his sculptures, also known as “erotic objects”. Wandering around to discover the works, we saw Catherine Millet, Sophie Calle, Jean Hubert Martin and Philippe Cohen Solal.
