Chef Roudy Petersen Revives the Vesper Restaurant

Vesper, Paris

Led by internationally renowned chef Roudy Petersen, the Vesper restaurant is getting a makeover and waking up Paris’s 7th arrondissement. After training at the best hotel schools and Michelin-starred restaurants and working with Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire, the man who ran the kitchens of the prestigious Catch St Regis Abu Dhabi and Doha restaurants and Zuma restaurants is finally arriving in Paris for the first time as executive chef. He brings with him his international vision and technical mastery, which now make Vesper a place where cuisine is experienced as a journey between desire and emotion, French precision and Japanese inspiration.

To celebrate the reopening of Vesper, chef Roudy Petersen and president of the Fitz Group Guillaume Benard invited a select few to discover and sample the new menu during an evening themed around discovery and travel. Guests included actress Nadia Farès, writer and director Amanda Sthers, actor Nicolas Robin, Brazilian singer and muse Anttonia, singer Paolo Ravley accompanied by model Aline Resplandes, the president of the La Baule Film Festival Sam Bobino and his partner, model Candice Duthé, designer Axel Huynh, and Guillaume Riquier from Ralph Lauren.

This evening heralded a new era for Vesper, combining Parisian elegance with an international perspective. In a cosmopolitan atmosphere, guests enjoyed chef Roudy Petersen’s unique vision, blending boldness with culinary emotion.

Driven by Roudy Petersen’s energy and talent, Vesper has made a memorable comeback to the 7th arrondissement.
