Ceramic Brussels 2025: A Promising Second Edition
Following a successful inaugural edition in 2024, Ceramic Brussels is back with an even more ambitious programme this year. Entirely devoted to ceramics, this contemporary art fair gathers over 60 international galleries, institutions and key players in the field in a unique environment, in a central European location.
This year, the fair is putting a greater emphasis on modern ceramics and is welcoming new leading institutions. This 20225 edition is also growing its international presence through special focus sections highlighting, for instance, the richness and relevance of the Norwegian ceramics scene.
Ceramic Brussels stands as the new key platform for the discipline, contributing to the recognition of ceramics on the contemporary art scene. Thanks to the contribution of many pioneering artists, this discipline is finding again its place in the contemporary creative landscape, inscribing itself at the heart of the latest experimentations.
One of the highlights of this 2025 edition is an exhibition by American artist Elizabeth Jaeger, guest of honour of the fair.
We crossed paths with the fair founders Jean-Marc Dimanche and Gilles Parmentier, as well as Hervé Lemoine, René-Jacques Mayer, Torbjørn Kvasbø, Elizabeth Jaeger, Damien Fragnon, Annette Sloth, and Carolein Smit.
