Cassaro’s, the New Italian Dining Spot in Saint-Germain-des-Prés
Thierry Costes has teamed up with Hugo Cassaro, best known for Thoumieux, to create Cassaro’s, the latest addition to the Beaumarly group. The restaurant is a vibrant tribute to 1960s Italy: a lively venue conceived as a homage to Italian heritage and the memory of a grandfather. Cassaro’s is a meeting place for free spirits, designed for lively, spontaneous socialising. Guests gather here to enjoy themselves without restraint and indulge in culinary delights paired with Negronis and Barolos. Designed by Hugo Cassaro, the décor features lacquered wood, patinated mirrors, olive green velvet banquettes, earthenware-patterned carpeting, and Venetian chandeliers.
At the inaugural event, we crossed paths with Thierry Costes and Hugo Cassaro, alongside Luis Philippe and Alain Paul, Alice Vaillant, Fiona Zanetti, and many others!
