Casablanca Stages a Fashion Show Inspired by Kaizen
On Wednesday, March 5th, the cool crowd following Paris Fashion Week flocked to the Louvre’s magnificent Le Notre hall, where Charaf Taker unveiled his latest collection: Kaizen. In case the name didn’t ring a bell, “Kaizen’ is a Japanese term encompassing the concepts of constant improvement and change for the better. Derived from the combination of ‘改 kai’ (change, revision) and ‘善 zen’ (virtue, goodness), the principle refers to any kind of improvement, whether singular or incremental, resulting in both substantial and minor improvements. To illustrate this idea, the fashion designer put together quite a show, where we crossed paths with Eva Apio, Arón Piper, Clara Berry, Ghali, Alla Bruletova, Lyas, and Goldie.
